Swelling in both legs
I have swelling in both legs from last 15 days. I am sitting on sofa for long time and walk lesser. I have 140 kg weight. Now I doubt that there is fluid in my both legs and now I am not able to walk properly. Pls guide me for treatment with minimum cost.

Prolonged sitting will lead to dependent swelling in the legs.
Keep your legs elevated over 2 pillows while lying down and over a footstool while sitting. Do active ankle movements.
