Nvestigation : X-Ray Right Foot with ankle AP / Lateral
Results :
Bony ankylosis of tibio-talar and talo-fibular joint seen with loss of normal ankle mortice, reduced joint space and osteophytosis with subchondral erosions and sclerosis.
Distal 1/3rd of tibia is showing subtle internal lucency with inhomogeneous density suggesting prior intervention.
Bony calcaneal spur is seen.
Talus appears deformed with loss of subtalar space.
Small bone fragment is seen anterior to distal talus.
