She needs to undergo
X-rays of both knees - AP standing and Lateral in 30 degree flexion
She may be suffering from osteoarthritis so if detected early she can become better with some medicines and Physiotherapy
So I suggest that after taking X-rays visit local orthopaedic surgeon for final advise
