What homoeopathic medicines have been taken so far? Do you smoke and/or consume liquor? Pl increase green salad including cucumber. Have one or two lemons every day. Intake of water/liquids be increased to about 4 litres a day. Minimise tea/coffee/ carbonated drinks. Avoid spicy and fried food. In morning drink one or two glasses of warm water preferably having lemon and honey, and thereafter stroll/ walk for 5-10 minutes before going to toilet. It will be good for you to go regularly for long brisk walk of not less than 40 minutes.Use of isabgol husk in warm milk at bed time will also relieve in constipation. Intake of seasonal fruits in ample quantity including papaya will help too.
