I am facing some issues while urinating and also swelling and slight pain in one of the testicles.

HELLO, CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON/UROLOGIST. ALKALIZER CITRALKA TWO TEASPOON FUL THREE TIMES IN HALF GLASS OF WATER AFTER FOOD, REDUCE YOUR URINE ASSOCIATED PROBLEM.   TABLET SIGMOFLAM TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS FOR TESTICLES. CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON AS PROPER EXAMINATION IS NEEDED. O.K BYE.
