Swelling and red bumps.
A small hard bumps appear where the penis is connected to body, it comes and gradually get cured of its own but i need to diagnose it. no sexual activity so far without using condom.

Hi, it could be due to infection which could have been there due to Manny reasons, u should take small course if treatment for it. U can visit doctor near u or consult me online.
