Hello This looks like lid infection Try A warm compresses B. Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloaxacin twice daily along lid margins C. Take systemic antibiotic Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
