Swelling and pain in knee and leg

My mother 15 days before has a high fever 103 ,and there is so much accidity in her stomach, after 15 days fever is ok, but suddenly there is swelling in her leg ,knee and hand ,she has pain also,she has aproblem to walking and lifting 5 days before her BP is very low 37,but now her BP is 80-140 but there swelling and pain has no relief and issue fo walking, please suggest what should I do
