Fever of 103 and leg pain and headache
Hi,
Since yesterday (23/10), I am having fever (101.5) and leg pain and headache.
I toke solo 650, but the temperature is still there and now has reach to 103. Also, the bowel movement is not happening.

There isn't sufficient information to suggest a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to meet a MD general medicine so that you can be examined and undergo the necessary investigations such as CBC, peripheral smear, Dengue IgM, etc. to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly.

Hi.. since u have been having temperatures that are high and not reducing inspite of talking dolo i would advise u to meet a physcian so that he can prescribe the complete blood work up and then treat u accordingly

- keep yourself well hydrated- drink at least 2-3 litres of water and another 1 litre of fluids
- if Temperature crosses hundred then u can do sponging with cold water , which helps to bring down the body temperature

U need to do some investigations like CBC,MP, DENGUE PROFILE, URINE ROUTINE, SGPT.
Meanwhile continue Tab. Dolo 650 mg TDS.
