Leg cramps in pregnancy very common specially in summer .. U keep yourself hydrated... Even with you are having a pain particularly in knee better to show ur gynaecologist... If you have swelling in both leg evaluation is necessary to rule out pregnancy induced hypertension

Hello physiological edema related to pregnancy or other pathological causes should be ruled out
Even eclampsia and preeclampsia should be ruled out and if diagnosed patient should be treated appropriately....consult obg specialist for further evaluation and treatment. ....while lying down leg end elevation is required you can achieve this by placing pillows below your legs.
