Swelling after passing stool
I am facing severe pain and swelling in anal area which is going after 8-12 hours, I am already taking stool softener.

Is there bleeding associated? Any history of burps/stomach burn/chest burn? Do you see any mass hanging out near anal region? It's probably a fissure or piles. Need to start on:- Tab. Daflon 500mg Tab. Zivi DSR Syp. Duphalac Proctosedyl ointment Povidone iodine Sitz bath Increase water intake Diet modification

Given symptoms suggest it may be due to haemorrhoids. Do sitz bath Two times a day ,you can  find out how to do it in you tube . Take soft diet and plenty of fluids like buttermilk, orsL.
