Next day normal. Today I am feeling light sweetness in my mouth. My random blood sugars are always below 140. But Fasting sugar and HB1Ac showing higher than normal. Kindly guide me ...and whether I am affected diabetic. Last three months I am doing regular walking for one hour. Even I stopped consuming sugar also.only after noon I am taking rice. Evening chapathi. All this life style has been changed ...what to do if i am affected ...kindly guide sir
