Sweet saliva throughout the day
Hi, I am hitting the gym 4 times a week and have been taking 30g of whey protein with 5.5g of BCAA along with 4g creatine.After taking the supplements my mouth is sweet all day long.Is there any issue or is this normal. Thank you so much in advance.

Hi, Dt Swati Pandey here, Seems that you have no love for life. Please stop consuming BCAA and Creatinine immediately. Its harming your kidney and liver. You are still teen and long way to go hitting gym is ok, but supplements like this will do more harm than benefits. Probability is A persistent sweet taste in the mouth could also be a sign of your body's inability to regulate its blood sugar level, a potential sign of diabetes. There's a hormone called glucagon that's produced by your pancreas that works with the hormone insulin to regulate your body's blood sugar levels. external supplements changes the hormone mechanism too.
