It seems you've hyperhidrosis but can't tell for sure. Need some tests then only i can suggest something..  bp is normal means it seems its a case of excessive sweating but it could be anxiety too since you've specified while meeting new people. I would also like to know is the sweating while talking to new peeps gender specific or age specific or job specific? So yea kindly tell me all this...
