Sweating of hands
The palm of my hands become very sweaty nowdays earlier I didn't had this problem and one more thing is that my hands become very cold and the rest of my body is at normal temperature .Why I'm having this problem?

Some people tend to have increased sweating in localised area of the body like the palms. At times this can be associated with certain underlying disorders which need to be evaluated and rolled out after examination. for now you can use Aldry lotion to temporary reduce the sweating but you would have to meet a qualified dermatologist for proper examination and assessment.
