Hello doc , I'm srikanth ,23 years Sir I'm suffering from sleeve sweat problem not only in summer season even in rainy reason also suffering & coming to face I'm getting pipples & dark spots on my face . i used face cream nd soaps to prevent the problem . Please suggest my problem. Thank you

Just first exercise so much daily that your clothes become wet as this will take out toxins Secondly avoid drinking more than 2to 3 litres of water Thirdly avoid spicy oily foods and artificial fast foods Fourthly sleep right time Fifthly good face wash
