Swallowing big chunk of food
I have pain in my soft palate after swallowing big chunk of food. Maybe it's been damaged or got torn. Will it heal? Or it's structure will get permanent damage or not?

Hello dear,
Hope you are better now. Dont worry it ll heal on its own. Please avoid hot and spicy foods for a week. The wound will heal on its own within 2 days. If it is paining please do consult us for the medications.
