My child has swallowed the coin.my doctor has said it will go through his toilet.. please advise further..

I hope the doctor would have taken an x Ray .If in an x Ray , the coin has passed the neck region , it will usually pass through stools

Take an x Ray of chest with neck . Consult a Surgeon nearby. They will proceed further

If it is in the wind pipe , it LL give problem for breathing . So act soon.
