Your 2.5yr old child has swallowed a small hand nail today....and you happen to be casual in enquiring whether "any problem due to that?"
Lucky you, that you are in Chennai: as if you were abroad, any foreign body ingestion will get notified automatically from Casualty to child social worker, to rule out child abuse/negligence
