Swab for culture test.

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Recently I'm experiencing continuous yellowish discharge from Penis throughout the day. I have given my discharged pus for Swab test. Results are out it shows that Anti microbial susceptibility profile for Gram Negative BACILLI. What is it? Is it some kinda STD infection? Or something else pls help me.
