Yes obviously. When a plastic surgeon does sutures he is more careful and precise about the approximation of the skin and better cosmetics. Sutures done by Plastic surgeons are done more superficially for reduce scarring.
Whereas emergency doctors are more concerned with saving lives and helping more patients as they can.
