Susten SR 300 - Can it be stopped?
I'm 17 weeks pregnant. Yesterday, my doctor advised me to reduce Susten SR 300 to alternate days. Till yesterday, daily I was taking Susten SR 300 along with Calcium,Iron,Folic Acid and Thyronorm tablets. Since beginning I was taking Duphaston 10 mg, Susten SR 300 along with Ecosprin and Thyronorm. From 13th week, I was advised to stop Duphaston but continue with Susten. 1 year back I had a miscarriage and that was my first pregnancy. Is it okay to reduce Susten dosage from daily to alternate days? Is progesterone supplement not required throughout the pregnancy? 3 months before this pregnancy, I was diagnosed with mild PCOS.
