Hi all,
Am in my 20th week of pregnancy and my cervical length is 2.5 ,I have been advised to use susten 200mg(progesterone tablets) to be used vaginally.Will this help in improving my length.If my length measures low below 2.5 am going to ask them put a stitch.Hoping for answers to stop my confusion and give me confidence

Yes intravaginal progestrones enhances preservation of cervical length and reduces the chances of preterm births.
Along with it take adequate amount of bed rest and be under continuous screening under it obstetrician.
Anything less than 2.5 cms u will have to undergo a rescue circlage.
