Hello
I've a lump in my left breast that is solid, firm and doesn't move. I've had it for more than 4 years.
It is painless
My nipple area is sometimes scaly and dry

At your age 22 cancer is a remote possibility but possible esp if u have any family history, a clinical examination by oncologist to look at nature of lump any nodes in axilla etc and a simple ultrasonography after examination will likely gv you an answer
