While doing Chin ups in gym, on my way down i heard a grinding, churning sound day before. Immediately i had a little pain. I stopped gyming and started ice pack therapy 3-4 times a day. I did not immobilize the shoulder completely and slept in my regular fashion. I can move my hand, rotate but have little pain while lifting straight up or while changing t-shirts or if any pressure exerted. Kindly advice.
I doubt a AC dislocation as my pain is minimal and no cracking or popping sound.
