Suspected cancer of liver
My father was sufferring from bloated stomach and cough. An ultrasound of the abdomen was taken. The liver is mildly enlarged and heterogeneous in echo texture. There are few cysts in liver parenchyma. An heterogeneous area is prominent in the right lobe. Portal vein dilated (14mm). No IHBRD. Does these results indicate cancer. The doctor said he suspect the possibility of cancer and told to take a ct scan.
