My baby girl id 18 month old, she does not respond to her name, She is multilingual baby, we speak 3 different language at home, jut want to know is it Autism or it happens due to multilingual. How to confirm autism

Every child has her own rate of growth and development. While it is true that kids pick up languages when they are young, having exposure to many languages at once too can delay speech in some kids.
