Can I start doing surya Namaskar and kapalbati its two months now after a normal delivery and I am lactating please advise

Mam only just do simple Suksham exercise. Not forward banding or which strain lower stomach. In place of kapal bhati just do Anulomvilom or Chandrabhedi pranayama. Its good for you.
