Surviving with 1 testicle
I am 28 year old male, surviving with only one testicle since birth, i am healthy and knowing nothing about testicles till age 12, later after reading biology and looking pictures get to know that i have only right testicle left one is missing. Till Studying age i have less time to think so moved on. i am very healthy with proper penis erection and ejaculations till now. Just want to know what will be my sexual health afterwards? Do i need checkups as i will be getting married next year? do i need to worry?

Having one testis is perfectly normal if it's functional. Normal erection suggests that it's producing enough testosterone.
Next Steps
For your reassurance get Serum testosterone levels and semen analysis done once and relax if the reports are normal.
