I have been smoking for over a decade and suddenly found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant. I have had no time to prepare to quit smoking and it's becoming impossible to kick the butt, even though I've managed to bring it down to 1 a day. Please help/guide. Is there any way I can smoke just 1 a day? I know the ill-effects but please see this problem from my lens.

smoking is highly not advisable if you desire to continue pregnancy as there are chance of intrauterine growth restriction. spontaneous miscarriage and few other complication. Now you have to take a call
