I had a gallbladder stone surgery on 2016 may now, its been a more then a year and I have a pain in my one stich which is on umbilicus. and because of that I couldn't able to do any exercises.

SOME TIMES A VERY THIN NERVE IS STICHED UNKNOWINGLY WHICH GIVES PAIN LONG AFTER SURGERY.
TAB CIPLAR40 ONE AT NIGHT FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS IF FEEL BETTER CONTINUE IT.
