Surgery of chronic pancreatitis
I am suffering from chronic pancreatitis.
I am attaching MRCP report of chronic pancreatitis.
Doctor has said that spleen shall have to be removed along with removal of part of pancreas.
I want a second opinion if spleen can be saved or it has to go.
BLOOD TESTS REPORT:-
CA19-9 =6.95
CEA=3.22
