Surgery for abcess
Is surgery is only option if peri anal abcess I'd not cleared with antibiotics if size is 3 to 4cm? Or any alternative methods other than surgery.

There are minimal access techniques.
Also Antibiotics do not reach the abcess. This why drainage by any technique is necessary.
