Supplement for 4 month old
My baby's pediatrician has prescribed 1.CHOLECALCIFEROL  (VITAMIN D3) DROP,  10 drops a day 2.TONOFERON DROP (B12, FLOIC ACID, IRON AND LYSINE)   5 drop twice a day 3.GEMCAL ( CALCIUM, PHOSPHORUS, MAGNESIUM, ZINC, VITAMIN D3)  2.5 ml 4 times in a day ARE THESE SUFFICIENT OR ANYTHING ELSE NEEDED??  Zincovit Or anything?? Please suggest.. He is breastfed baby

Only d3 is enough if the child is term baby and birth weight was above 2.5kg. This till 1 year of age. For child below 2.5kg or prematurity below 36 weeks D3 drops (1 year) Calcium syrup (3 months) Multivitamin drops (3 months) Iron drops after 6 weeks of age (3 months)
