1.CHOLECALCIFEROL (VITAMIN D3) DROP, 10 drops a day
2.TONOFERON DROP (B12, FLOIC ACID, IRON AND LYSINE) 5 drop twice a day
3.GEMCAL ( CALCIUM, PHOSPHORUS, MAGNESIUM, ZINC, VITAMIN D3) 2.5 ml 4 times in a day
ARE THESE SUFFICIENT OR ANYTHING ELSE NEEDED?? Zincovit Or anything??
