I have been facing the pigment problem from several years Is it possible to make the skin fair by applying sunscreen lotion regularly or else sunscreen is only to avoid tanning? Does sunscreen reduce dark spots and makes the skin fair? Please give me your valuable answers

Sunscreen only prevent sun tanning, it will not make fair. You should use Depigment creams to remove the pigment issues.
