Sunburn, not used to tropical sun
Dear Doctor, I got a bad sunburn 2 days ago in my back, chest and legs. I'm in southern Thailand at the moment. My skin is is still irritable and red. It hurts to turn on the bed. How long should I wait before being exposed to sun again, e.g. beach, swimming or snorkeling and how strong sun lotion should I be wearing? I'm from Finland

You should wait untill your condition heals properly...use Sun expert lotion SPF50 before going to beach /Swimming or exposure to strong sunlight more than 1hour...bath properly with room temperature water...and use cotton clothings which usually covers your hands and body properly before going to sun untill your condition improves...take water according to your body needs...hydrating yourself properly..
