I have extreme sunburn on my forehead. Every time I step out in sun, my face has dark brown patches (especially forehead). Can you advise suitable treatment for prevention and cure.

hi sunburn problem can cure by care,prevention,and treatment 1st if there is sunburn apply rose water +calamine powder on affected area or dahi and cucumber slice or cucumber juice also give relief,and next prevention is better then cure so when u step out use sunscreen lotion on your exposed body part ,try to cover it with cotton cloth,take umbrella ,drink plenty of water keep hydrate your body etc in ayurveda there is many medicine to cure it evenshade cream . chandanadi tail,ksheerbala tail for local application.give feedback if it helpful
