I m a Diabetic for the last 17 years.taking Huminsulin 30/70. I also had undergone Cataract surgery in both of my eyes 15 years back. Now I m undergoing treatment of ED. Dr.has prescribed me Tadalfil 10mg to b taken 40 min before the desired activity. I have read that Tadalfil is not safe for eyes and can cause permanent vision loss. I m very scared and confused now whether to use it or not. As my eyes sight is very weak and I had undergone cataract surgery in both eyes in d past.there r lenses in both d eyes.plz suggest me Can I use Tadalfil without any fear? Plz gv suggestions is it safe for my eyes?

tadanfil is a stimulant ,it sometimes causes rise in blood pressure ,due to which it maybe harmful for eyes. you can do one thing ,have one electronic NO instrument and before taking the tab measure your BP if it is less than 140/90 .then only take it otherwise not.
