Hi... Please consult a Psychiatrist immediately and take Medications that s/he prescribes. These medications will lower down your suicidal urges considerably within few days. These medications work by bringing back the neurochemical imbalance caused by various mental health conditions. In your case it is depression but a medical diagnosis is necessary before going further with your treatment. Medications are not going to address the issues that caused your condition. You will need psychotherapy/counselling from a Psychologist to address the psychosocial factors that triggered your presenting issues. Considering your age, I believe your academic, personal, social, and family life is taking a toll on you or there might be something you have been repressing from a long time that is coming out in the form of this illness. Making some lifestyle changes will also help you in your recovery effectively.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist and Take Medications for Suicidal Ideations. Consult a Psychologist for Counselling. CBT along with Interpersonal Guidance and Career Counselling is required.
