Suggestions for my brother
My brother who is currently residing in Saudi Arabia has complained me about his nose.He is saying that he is getting foul smell through his nosetrils.Can you suggest me some medication or treatment ?

Foul smelling from nose usually needs a clinical examination because this is not a usual symptoms .There are many reasons for it .Tell him to visit the nearest doctor .
