Sir मुझे कल से fever है, सिर दर्द और पूरे बॉडी मै दर्द है मै डॉक्टर से मे दवाई लेकर आए हु जब मै दवाई लेने के बाद बुखार चल जाता है मगर बॉडी मै दर्द रहता है फिर दवाई का आसर खतम होने के बाद fever आ जाता है please sir कुछ sugeestion दो क्या करना चाहिए

Probably it's viral fever. Go for cbc lft and ns1 antigen urine r/m. Take crocin and plenty of fluids
