Suggested for IUI as AMH is 1.59

Asked for Female, 28 Years

28yrs.. Married 1 n half yrs.. Trying for pregnancy since married.. Went for fertility check up.. Too many blood test semen test hsg test everything done.. No problem in anything. As my AMH is 1.59 doctor is suggesting for IUI. Cant I conceive naturally?
