Septoplasty is rarely a treatment for chronic rhinosinusitis. If your diagnosis of chronic sinusitis is confirmed then you need to undergo surgery known as functional endoscopic sinus surgery sometimes with septoplasty. Septoplasty alone may not be sufficient
Next Steps
Consult nearby experienced ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
