Hi doctor . i am a women of age 22 years my face is with tan , and acne is present in chin area i.e., below the mouth.and my nose area is with oily and my cheeks are with dry mine face is with combination skin ... please suggest me the right face wash with sls free and paraben free.

Greetings please use citaphil cleansing lotion three times a day. i suggest you to take NIMBAPATRA VATI TWICE A DAY 2 TABLET, HEMIPURE SYRUP 3 TABLE SPOON TWICE A DAY. APPLY kumkumadi tailam every night for 3 months. for further information on ayurveda treatment ww.jeevakayurveda.com
