Suggest me a exact dosage
April 14/4/2020 my tsh was 0.02 so dr. suggested me to take thyrox 100mg+75mg(monday to friday) 100mg+50mg (sat sunday) After2 months i got tsh test done i. e 22/6/2020 My tsh was 0.79 so dr. suggested me to take 100+75mg (monday to friday) (100mg) sat sunday... i have take this dosage now myface neckhas a swelling due to this dosage.. Any endocrinologist suggest me a correct dosage... in 14 years this is the first time i am facing this problem swelling on my face and neck i have thyroid from past 14 years but never faced this problem

Hello... On 22 June your TSH was within normal limits.. After that dose is slightly decreased that is 100 mcg per week... Swelling over face can occur due to high TSH due to inadequate doses which is less likey seeing timeliness or due to any other causes that need to find out with examination ... So u get your urgent TSH now.. If its within normal limits need to see your Endocrinologist soon...

U can check the recent thyroid report after 6 weeks of changing dose and then can take a call on the dosage. Coming to neck swelling it can b me due to u fluctuations in thyroid test and it can b due to other reason also.
