Before I was using minus 4.5precision glasses, when I went for a test doctor prescribed minus 6.25in left and minus 6 in right eye, if I use that glasses I will get headache

If glasses prescription has been checked properly then you might have to change the number..initially you may get headache but once you wear spectacles continuously you will get used to it and headache intensity will decrease
