Suggest better meprate dosage

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi doctor Doctor suggested to take Meprate 10 mg for 5 days and dosage should be once a day. And sometime I got my periods after the 14 day of last dosage. Is it possible to take the same tablet twice a day for 5 days and for this will I get my period soon after the last dosage. Please suggest me what should be dosage as when I will get my periods within 3-7 days after last dosage
