Suggest a good digestive enzyme
Hi.. i am m25, active(work out 5 time a week). So since 1-2 months i have digestive problems. Also i have already consulted gastro doctor, I probably have ibs. Did a ultrasound, showed 2.8mm GB polyp. doctor said nothing to worry and repeat usg every 6/12months for next 2 years. I am fine with that. He asked me to take rifagut 550 for a 5 day course during SoS moments.. Now, I wanted to gain weight, actually after hitting gym, i have lost considerable amount of fat from my body. My waist became 30 from 32, and i lost width too. But i now want to gain up more, but don't want to take any mass gainers or anything as i am scared if it might affect the polyp and make it grow, even while eating i have becm cautious or u csn say scared of this polyp turning cancerous if i eat fatty food. So please prescribe some digestive enzyme tablet or syrup so that my digestion becomes better, and also please suggest that which will not affect my gbladder :(.
