4 month old child you should not start ceralac idially. Feed exclusively with breast milk, if problem you can give formula feeds

cerelac is to be given to babies above 6 months of age, so you need to wait another 2 months before starting to feed cerelac. until then, kindly practice exclusive breastfeeding or formula feeds if breastmilk is insufficient.
