Suger Level after food
What is the normal Suger Level range after food with in 1 hr is Suger Level<180 normal Pls advise.

Hi there i understand your concern...Post Prandial Blood Sugar Level (PPBSL): Level higher than 140 mg/dL can indicate prediabetes. A level above 200mg/dL indicates Type-1 or Type-2 diabetes and suggests further tests...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...
